Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp CEYLON CINNAMON HONEY
  • 1 cup WATER
  • 1/2 LEMON

Instructions
 

  • Boil in 1 cup of water
  • Cover it and let it seep until it is warm enough to drink
  • Add Ceylon cinnamon honey when the water is cool
  • Drink 1/2 of this by adding lemon juice before going to bed.
  • The other half should be covered and refrigerated and this should be consumed in the morning before breakfast by adding lemon juice.Do not re-heat it in the morning
  • This is the best recipe of weight loss
